Built over the famous Adidas Originals Metro Attitude Hi model shape, Jeremy Scott keeps coming out with new creations with and for Adidas, this time in these uniquely original Teddy Bear Pack. Having come out with the ‘Pink Teddy Bear Ballers Pack’ recently, previewed by SNKRFRKR Mag, these are the range aimed at men – surprisingly. These come as part of the Jeremy Scott X Adidas ObyO range – and it is hard to know how many will be made and for what price. HitopHeaven’s opinion is that if they are considered for production, that they will be available in Japan, USA, UK & Germany in limited stock. If you like these look back in the HitopHeaven archive for the Mickey Mouse hitops which were released in Korea earlier this year.

A little more sophisticated than the Ransom X Adidas Original’s Dune, yet in less colorways, Ransom has created a trend setting style for the coming summer. These Creeks, from initial news, are only available in Cream or Midnight, so if you like this model style from Ransom and Adidas definately check out the Dune.
Adidas in the past 6 months has been host to many collections and collaborations, however this month Adidas Originals launch their very own collection, the A.039 Blue Label Collection. The official Press Release from Adidas about the new collection is below their promotional video – stylistically worked with UK print title Volt, photographer Joost Vanderbrug and stylist Cynthia Lawrence-John.
As a key highlight for the spring/summer 2010 season, adidas Originals introduces its new blue label collection named “Originals A.039”. The label will be an integral part of the overall adidas Originals line, but is differentiated by its “A.039” branding, which is the internal code for the Originals blue colour. Built to offer an outfit-driven concept, the “Originals A.039” blue label collection presents entire looks from head to toe, for men and women. Led by apparel and completed by footwear, it reflects the incomparable values of originality, quality and authenticity that the Trefoil brand stands for – in a fresh way and with special attention to detail.
The new collection is based on adidas Originals’ strong roots, iconic styles and wellestablished 3-Stripes mark in combination with contemporary design presented by quarterly offers in spring/summer 2010. Its first quarter offer is characterized by subtle colours and sophisticated looks and cut lines. Highlights are the “Oversized Fabric Mix Tee” with an archive-inspired triangle insert in the front for women or the “Crew Argyle Sweater” in fine gauge cotton knit for men.
Products in the second quarter have a more collegiate approach with brighter colours, colour block and collegiate graphic elements brought to life on styles such as the archive-inspired “Hooded Cape” for women, an ultra-light nylon hooded windbreaker for women in a fashionable cape, or the “Notebook Check Short” for men with its unique notebook-inspired printed poplin.
The colour blue, the Trefoil logo and the 3-Stripes have always marked the identity of the Originals brand and provide the ideal communication sign-off for this new blue label collection that brings back the linear adidas logo in combination with the call-out of “Originals A.039” on product labels and packaging. The linear adidas logo was frequently used in the 1980s, featuring the regular adidas font and the Trefoil next to each other in one line.
The “Originals A.039” collection will be on sale from January 2010 at adidas Originals stores and at selected partners in the adidas fashion distribution channel. Prices for apparel range from EUR/US$ 30 for classic tees and tops up to EUR/US$ 450 for statement pieces like a leather jacket. Footwear styles start at EUR/US$ 45 for canvas espadrilles and go up to EUR/US$ 120 for hi-cut silhouettes.
Coming soon is the latest collaboration from Ransom, inspired by the styles of West Coast Americana. These will be coming out soon at all good Adidas Originals retailers, and for collaboration’s should be fairly widely available. The Dune will be available in many colorways, and will be made from premium canvas and rubber.

Japanese designer Kazuki Kuraishi has put his eye into these two Adidas Originals Gipfel hitops colourways. With the familiar sole from the hard to find Adidas Torsions of january 2009. Kazuki X Adidas Originals – Gipfel Hitop 2010 range
Even though these two colourways look simple at first, in true Japanese style Kazuki has brought a real attention to detail with this season’s collaboration, as you can see alone from the label on the tongue.
Kazuki X Adidas Originals – Gipfel Hitop 2010 range
This collaboration should be available from all good sneaker stockers internationally, but for now check out Size? UK for further pictures, or just to get your hands on them ASAP!
This is not the first time that French graffiti artist Fafi has worked with Adidas Originals, and the whole range which includes low’s and apparel also can be seen at the official Adidas site. Fafi has said that “I really wanted to be involved in graphic design as well as styling, all the pieces are inspired by my own closet, stuff I found in vintage stores or during my trips.” This Fafi range jasd some great details, and will predominantly be in womens’ sizes, and will be available internationally from all good Adidas stockists in the next month or so.

Adidas Conductor Hi
Adidas Press Release (source SneakerFreaker.com):
Brown Leather:
With the onset of the colder months upon us the time is nigh to start taking a more considered, functional approach to your footwear requirements. Leather is always a good choice when the skies start to turn grey and this seemingly unlikely pairing of the Conductor Hi and the ZX700 in rich, buttery shades of brown could be the perfect hi and lo companions for your excursions.
Conductor Hi
From their introduction in 1987 the Conductor Hi embodied all that was good about the humble hi-top, striking the balance between old school cool while including enough performance elements to still hold sway on the courts. This tonal version mixes two lighter shades of brown in a premium leather with a darker suede across sections of the upper including the heel tab and and ankle support. The outsole features a split two-tone colourway of white and dark brown that is further highlighted with contrast stitching. Branding is in the form of an oversized Trefoil embossed in suede on the heel, the classic Trefoil tag on the tongue and the ever present 3-Stripes in a lighter brown that matches the toe cap and lace jewels.
Adidas Originals is to release the ‘Adidas Originals Neighborhood’, a 3D world of the Adidas Original’s sneaker archive. This is to celebrate their 2010 Originality advertising campaign, and this special Augmented Reality Pack will be available in limited release this month. The clever thing that Adidas Originals have done here, is that to access the ’Adidas Originals Neighborhood’ you have to buy one of the pairs from the pack.
Hitopheaven.com will provide links to buy if they become available on the net, but here is a sneak peek at the Augmented Reality Hi’s:
This listing from Germany is for a pair of mint condition 80s Adidas Europa Hitops, and the photographs speak for themselves. These are what can be considered museum pieces now, and in many ways cannot to recommended to buy to wear – but more of a collectors item considering the condition and the original box are very good for a 30 year old pair of hitops. What makes these even rarer is their size, 13UK / 14US – these were made for true eighties basketball!
Do not be shocked by the price of the listing, these are what mint condition vintage adidas 80s hitops go for:
Adidas Lovers will love today’s post, as these two listings from eBay UK are for extremely desirable Limited Edition or Adidas Collaberation. These Adicolor Limited Edition R2 (RED) Pack, (RED) being the world famous Aids Charity (www.joinred.com), are available only in a 8.5 UK / 9.5 US size. The floral design is based around the White & Green Adicolor Peter Saville shoes, which had matching Track suit to boot, and these Limited Edition Adicolor are no different. They come, like many Adicolor’s, with various laces to choose from. A rare shoe with charitable connotations - any takers?
These Adidas Originals X Jeremy Scott Artillery Hi’s have been mentioned alongside their other Jeremy Scott collaberations, however this is the first time they are up for a realistic price on eBay UK. Thanks to retailers such as Size? (www.size.co.uk) those in British cities have been able to get their hands on these puppies without huge difficulty, but now all retailers have sold out, and to get your hands on them it will have to be an eBay listing. These favoured Black & Green Artillery Hi’s are going for a cool £100 – which sounds a lot but rarities increase interest and price sadly:
Check out these genuine articles, an example of original Adidas Originals, in great shape, I am personally keeping an eye on these. There are many reproductions and modernisations of these oroginal Ewings, in the shape of Adidas Conductor Hi’s and Adidas Metro Attitude’s – but this listing is for 20 year old museum pieces, a rare treat.
Check them out at eBay UK if you’re a 11.5UK / 12.5US :
People in the know will tell you that there are so many hitop sneakers available on Chinese based wholesale sites, but can these services be trusted? The outstanding sites seem to be dhgate.com, www.sale4wholesale.com and www.wholesale-shoesa.com, which both list many makes and models. The only difference between to 2 is that dhgate was the predecessor, which is more like a Chinese eBay with sellers selling many items. Wholesale-shoesa has appeared from the international popularity of dhgate and other Chinese wholesale sites providing everything from sneakers to usb sticks at a huge cut to Western prices, but the question you have to ask yourself is: Do you really mind buying a fake?
The truth is that both these sites and other Chinese and Asian based sites are selling unofficial goods, whether they are just replicas, didn’t make the manufacturers standards, or overtime offshoots from the same factories as the originals. Hitopheaven.com ordered a pair of Supra Skytop’s from dhgate as an experiment 6 months ago, and one of the thankful findings was that the order actually showed up. Qualitatively, the sneakers were and are fine, however the incredible giveaway is that they are a colour scheme that Supra themselves have never commissioned, and in fact have a Gucci look with the green and red stripes on the sides. They’re the one’s labelled 29 on the image below.
In fact images like these may seem familiar to eBay users, as some UK based sellers have set up listings which are mere duplicates of dhgate listings, and middle man the order from the dhgate seller at a fee that they have chosen for themselves.
One advantage with these Chinese online wholesalers, regardless to whether the products are fake or real, is that the price per item is reduced according to quantities you buy, so you and many friends can go in together and make a group saving on not just the shoes but the postage as well, which from China is a lot of damage for anyone.
